New President for ASSA AB

Urban Doverholt has been appointed President of ASSA AB in Sweden, 1 June 2009. In addition to this role Urban will also be responsible for the coordination between the different Group companies on the Swedish market.

Urban is 47 years old and has a degree in civil engineering specializing in industrial economics. Urban has primarily worked in sales, marketing and leadership at IBM and is now working at BAE Systems Hägglunds AB.

"After a period of changes and adjustments, the time is right to focus more on market development. The Board of Directors at ASSA AB have hired a new President with a strong background and market experience," says Mogens Jensen, Chairman of ASSA AB.

Dan Enquist, President up til now, will leave the company after handing over his assignments.
"Dan has successfully contributed with great energy and loyalty to developing activities in a number of important areas. I wish him well for the future," says Mogens.
