Entryways
Many people enter an apartment building every day. Residents, caretakers, mail carriers, visitors, people who work in the building and so on. Take control of who gets into the building and when.
Apartment buildings often have problems with unauthorized people getting in. A front door with a card reader enhances security for the residents. Access cards provide a solution that is equally secure year after year, regardless of administrative staff turnover or tenants moving in or out.
The card reader also has a keypad that allows temporary visitors to get in by punching in a code. The code works at certain scheduled times, such as during office hours, and at other times the door is locked. Tenants swipe a card or tag 24 hours a day. A lost card or tag can be blocked in seconds.
Connecting an entry phone allows tenants to ring visitors in using their own phones. Entry phones also have a built-in card reader and code lock function. All tenants can use their own phones to ring guests in via the entry phone at the front door.
